Meditation

Come and join us live at Shortlanesend Village Hall, Truro every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6.45pm. We will do a few gentle exercises before and after the guided Twin Hearts Meditation which was devised by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui. Please wear something comfortable.
